It tells about how Amelia became a woman pilot. This book gives a lot of historical information. There were also numerous sketches and maps which would keep a youngster engaged throughout the book.
How can the book be used with students in the classroom: I would use this book in my classroom to have the children read the book as a class and talk about how to write a biography.
